The Hundred Acre Farm at Farmhouse Inn offers a secluded sanctuary of gardens, orchards, and beautiful scenery, along with the first certified Forest Therapy Trail in the United States!

Forest therapy may be a new concept to some, but its benefits are evident to all. Be it physical, mental, or emotional improvement, the goal of forest therapy is to center participants in the most vibrant forms of wellness and healing, all while engaging in low-intensity activity and soaking in the beauty that nature has to offer. Forest therapy is inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, which translates to “forest bathing.”
