Take a break from the stress of life and GET DANCING! Being healthy doesn't have to be a bore or a chore, and using DANCE as exercise can bring movement into your life every single day. Learn some choreographed and freestyle movement, as well as ideas on how to stay active and healthy in this fun-packed session. Get your personal dance movement started!
DRESS: comfortable and movable, but fitness attire is NOT necessary No dance experience necessary
