This season, the Madison-Morgan Cultural Center celebrates its 40th year. The “40 Years: Madison-Morgan Cultural Center” exhibit celebrates and examines the creation, history and evolution of the MMCC with photographs, artifacts, and text. “40 Years” details the role that the arts, humanities, performances, education, community, individuals and the buildings have played in the identity of the MMCC from 1976 until today.

The exhibit was curated by Amy Smoler and will be on display through July 29. Opening Reception for Exhibit: Summer at Steffen Thomas Museum of Art Thursday, June 22 from 5 – 7 PM
Works depicting the glow of summer days and nights and summer themes will be featured in this exhibit of Master Artist Steffen Thomas’ artwork. Join us June 22 for an opening reception from 5 – 7 PM with light refreshments, wine, and cheese. The reception also celebrates the completion of a Grants-to-Green installation that has resulted in significant energy savings and efficiency for the Museum. This reception is free and open to the public. The exhibit was curated by Amy Smoler and will be on display through July 29.
